i’m so happy i can finally divulge a superfun project i’ve been working on for belgian travel company connections. basically i am a travel curator for some of their coolest destinations – traveling to cities around the world to spot the best places to eat, shop, sleep and have the raddest experiences. the first city i explored for them was berlin, and the little travel guide we made for the city includes some of my absolute favorite places. you can go and pick it up at any connections travel shop, very very soon.
of course i had way too many tips to fit in the connections guide, so i’m sharing the rest of them with you here. starting with the berlinische galerie – a very cool museum for modern art that ticks off all my favorites: giant typography, a strong focus on graphic design, great architecture and scenography and intriguing installations. oh, and a pretty good museum shop, too.
always a bonus.
that’s me holding a crumpled city map of berlin in that first picture, which you can order via connections’ online travel store. and those are gold tod’s sandals from aaaaages ago which i still love very very very much.
