chipps definitely is one of my favorite go-to places in berlin for lunch or dinner. it’s by the same masterbrains who cooked up cookies cream (my absolute favorite veggie restaurant in the world) but decidedly less experimental and secretive. the salads at chipps are ‘build-your-own’ and always super fresh and delicious, and the vibe is casual and cozy. if you’re in berlin during summer, make sure to get a table on the patio (and order a gin tonic with thomas henry‘s elderflower tonic!)

i visited this place in berlin while scouting for connections‘ berlin city guide, which holds a lot more of my tips. you can find it in connections’ travel shops.

Too bad we didn’t get to visit this place while we were in Berlin last year. It’s definitely on my list for our next visit.

@kelly it’s a super nice place, but make sure cookies cream is higher on your to-do list ;)
