The Architect’s Home

March 28, 2013 • Inspiration

i can leaf through architecture books for hours. i could wander through the photography section of any bookshop until i faint from hunger or thirst. i love pinterest (and i particularly enjoy pinning architectural inspiration on this board) but nothing beats holding a tome in your hands that promises to be a collection of texts and images that will inspire you for years.

the photo above was taken from the architect’s home (by everyone’s favorite coffee table book publisher, taschen). it promises to take a look at what architects have designed for themselves throughout the years, creating a kind of threedimensional autobiography. i certainly wouldn’t mind adding this one to my library.
