i rarely post pictures on here that i didn’t take myself, but i make an exception for projects that combine endless interior inspiration, pictures by a talented belgian photographer and a cool out-of-the-way travel tip. bed & breakfast ARCK ARCHITECTENKAMERS checks off all those boxes.

i thought you guys would appreciate these photos – whether you were thinking of ever spending the night in tielrode, or are just on the hunt for fresh interior inspo. interior architect nele vercauteren and her husband, architect bas wauman, designed this place together. there are just three rooms – one dark, two light and bright and my favorites for obvious reasons. i’m not usually a fan of pastels, but i love how here they are used to create a warm and cozy vibe rather than an overly retro style. the sleek white walls and sparse black details provide a harmonious balance with the wooden accents in both rooms. in short – i could live like this.
