if you only read one book this year, let it be this one. sloane crosley is the funniest/wittiest writer since david sedaris, and that dude is freakin’ funny. seriously, it’s been a while since i’ve laughed this hard while reading. check out her previous title, too (i was told there’d be cake) – if for no other reason than its beautiful cover (and yes, i admit, that was the reason why i bought her first collection of hilarious essays, but i do believe she would approve). honestly, if i could choose one gift or super power, i’d choose to be able to write like that. let’s file this one in #admirationborderingonobsession
