i’m a bit of a dummy. when i saw patricia urquiola‘s ‘clarissa’ collection for moroso in milan, i felt like i was familiar with her style but couldn’t quite remember where i recognized it from. turns out she was also behind the wonderfully colorful collection for gandia blasco that i blogged about recently.so while that tells you something about the current state of my memory, it also says something about my intuitive love for the designer’s use of colors.
the presentation in milan was gorgeous: with rotating panels dressed in the kvadrat fabric she designed, and the loveliest flower arrangement i’ve seen in years (i might have to re-post this on lovely day as a source of inspiration for wedding decorations). long story short, i’m sorry patricia – i will never forget your name again and i’ll probably stay a devoted fan of your work as long as you keep doing the pretty so awesomely.
