








so as you might have guessed by now, i’m a big, big fan of gourmet hamburgers. oh who am i kidding, of ALL hamburgers. some are superior to others, obviously, but they can al count on a little love from me. unsurprisingly, i tend to find a nice hamburger joint in nearly every city we visit.
in lyon that happened to be butcherbrother, which is adjacent to its more mature sibling butcher. the latter is a bit more expensive and serves up different meat dishes, while the former is focused on burgers only. both have a pretty cool interior, though heavily reliant on predictable vintage american vibes. but hey, if it’s hamburgers we’re talking about – predictable is alright with me!
